The Independent Agency Awards is a highly contested annual awards event run by the Alliance of Independent Agencies. I worked as the Lead Creative Designer for the Alliance for 18 months. My day to day involved all of their graphic design for socials and marketing, inlcuding the awards event. The awards are for independent agencies predominantly focused on marketing, events and activations. The agencies have worked on projects from some of the biggest brands such as Lego, Aperol, Play-Doh and more. The awards are held at MAD//Fest - the UK's largest marketing industry event. The event is a £100,000+ event sponsored by the likes of TikTok, Google and Microsoft. I created every single visual element for the show totalling over 2000+ individual assets, most of which were animated and sequenced to a run of show.
